ORDER PROCESSING
Your custom order will require 5-6 business days to create before shipping. To expedite your order, you can purchase priority shipping. During the holiday season, average days to process an order may increase depending on volume.
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Orders (US)
Standard shipping within the continental US is through USPS. Upgraded shipping is available at checkout via USPS First Class.
International Orders
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the weight of items and the selected shipping option. Depending on the shipping provider selected, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Note: All import taxes, duties and related customs fees that may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country are the responsibility of the Purchase/Customer and will not be covered by Pamela Susan. Please check with local customs prior to ordering.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via an after purchase email from Pamela Susan. For an update on your order status, you can visit the USPS Website and enter your tracking number provided to you in the Confirmation Purchase Email.
Estimated Shipping Times
In addition to the Order Processing time, typical Delivery Times are as follows:
Shipping Zone Estimated Delivery Time
USA- Up to 4 business days
Canada- Up to 10 business days
Europe- Up to 14 business days
Australia- Up to 14 business days
HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINE
Orders placed before December 10th for domestic orders are guaranteed to arrive before December 25th. Orders placed after December 10th will not be fulfilled until after the New Year.
RETURNS POLICY
Because all Pamela Susan products are hand-made -- created for you -- we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom pieces at this time. If we made a mistake on your order, we are happy to fix or remake your order. Please reach out to us at info@pamelasusan.com if you think we made a mistake on your order.
