The Inspiration Behind Pamela Susan
I grew up watching my mother’s hands shape and design Earth’s elements. She was a potter, known for her unique and cheerful creations – like sun faces, totem pole designs and jumping frogs. I noticed how pieces of her became infused within each of her pieces. She was a powerhouse of inspiration. My mom passed away in 2007 from cancer.
Her name is Susan.
My name is Pamela.
I use my hands to shape and design elements too. I’m a jewelry maker. A calligrapher. A heart encourager. An artist. I’m inspired by people’s stories, by nature and by the creative process. Like my mother, I infuse my pieces with my heart and soul.
The seed for Pamela Susan Jewelry took root when I was 14 years old and learned basic jewelry making. For the past two decades, my designs have grown and evolved. I began by selling pieces on Etsy in 2007, and now my creations are available on www.pamelasusan.com. What a gift it’s been to see Pamela Susan Jewelry bloom so beautifully!
Each piece is made with intention.
Each piece is infused with heart and soul.
I hope it touches your heart and soul as well.
